This wiki is a forum to exchange ideas and build a body of knowledge for anyone who is passionate about using data to improve the performance of the health system

This wiki was started by the Health Authority Abu Dhabi because many people did not have full transparency around how the system works. In addition, many conversations around similar topics were going on in parallel, without individuals involved knowing about the other conversations. This easily leads to confusion and unnecessary frustration. This wiki should help provide transparency to help link such conversations and the people involved. Ideally, it will help to sustain a community independent of individual efforts and organisations.

How to use this wiki -- you can

1. Obtain information, by clicking on the side-bar on the right. Topics include
   • Background on why and how the health system is changing. How data is used in the system, e.g., how prices are set for healthcare services, how healthcare facilities can code and cost encounters.
   • How to to improve decision-making with data analysis
2. Make a comment, for instance, to comment
   • Click [log-in] at top right of page 
   • Enter password 'haad'
   • Enter your name and organization name, and email
   • Click on [comment] at top of the page
   • Make your comment(s)
   • Click on [add comment]
3. Edit or add information, by clicking edit page on the page you would like to edit. Edits and additions are highly welcome, and indeed necessary to make this the most valuable to the community that it can be.
